Shipping Fees and Methods
Shipping within Japan is a flat rate of 370 yen (excluding tax) via Letter Pack Light. For domestic orders within Japan totaling 15,000 yen or more (excluding tax), shipping is free.
International shipping is done via EMS.
- Korea and Taiwan: 1,450 yen
- Asia (excluding China, Korea, and Taiwan): 1,900 yen
- Oceania, Canada, Mexico, the Middle East, Europe: 3,150 yen
- USA (including overseas territories such as Guam): 3,900 yen
- Central and South America (excluding Mexico): 3,600 yen
Shipping Date
Products will be shipped within 5 business days after purchase.
Delivery Time
For domestic deliveries within Japan, the product will generally arrive 1-3 days after shipping (3-4 days for remote islands). For international deliveries, the product will generally arrive 3-18 days after shipping.
Please note that this may not apply to regions affected by natural disasters, large events, etc. Thank you for your understanding.

Damage During Shipping
We take great care to ensure that the outer box does not get dented or scratched during packaging and shipping preparations. However, there may be instances where the product gets damaged or suffers trouble due to the carrier's handling during transportation. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding minor dents or scratches on the outer box that do not affect the use of the product itself.
Customs Duties and VAT
For customers purchasing from abroad, customs duties and VAT may be charged at the time of receipt according to the regulations of the respective country. Please be aware of this in advance.
